Our Building Process

An Overview of Your New Home Experience

Purchasing a new home is an exciting experience with h.a. Fisher Homes, especially with our Woman-Centric approach to home building. With our team of professionals, we will guide you through each step and help to incorporate your preferences and personality into the design of your home. The building process at h.a. Fisher Homes, as described below, typically begins after you place a deposit on a home. When you do purchase, you will be given a Homeowner Manual explaining all aspects of the home building process.

Pre-Construction Conference

Prior to the start of construction, you will meet with the h.a. Fisher Homes Building Team to review your plan and specs, incorporate your preferences, and begin the design selection process for your home.

New Home Selections

You will then meet with our Design Coordinator, who will guide you through the exciting process of personalizing your new home.

Documentation Review

As we begin laying the actual groundwork for your home, the h.a.Fisher Homes Site Manager will meet you briefly to review all documentation and answer any additional questions.

Framing Walkthrough

Before your home is insulated, you have a chance to walk through the home with your real estate agent and an h.a. Fisher Homes representative to see selections, verify features and ask questions.

Quality Inspection

Prior to your final walkthrough with your real estate agent and h.a. Fisher Homes, we will conduct our own thorough inspection of your home.

Homeowner Orientation

In your final walkthrough before the closing, an h.a. Fisher Homes Representative will demonstrate the features of your home and discuss maintenance and our limited warranty program with you.

Follow Up

After you have moved in, h.a. Fisher Homes schedules warranty visits 60 days and 11 months after the closing.
